This policy outlines Pokecomeback’s position regarding damage to external product packaging. It is designed to provide clear guidance to customers regarding what qualifies for a return, refund, or replacement.

This policy applies to all retail and wholesale orders fulfilled by Pokecomeback where the reported issue relates only to damage affecting the outer packaging of a product (including cardboard boxes, shrink wrap, sleeves, or tins).

3.1 Packaging & Transit Wear

​

The purpose of product packaging is to protect the item during storage, handling, and delivery. As a result, minor cosmetic imperfections can naturally occur during transit.

Examples may include:

• Small dents

• Minor creases

• Light scuffing

• Slight corner wear

• Minor shrink-wrap imperfections

Invicta TCG does not guarantee that sealed products or their packaging will arrive in mint or collector-grade condition unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3.2 Returns & Refunds

​

Products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange solely due to minor damage or cosmetic wear to the external packaging.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept that small imperfections to outer packaging may occur and do not affect the functionality or authenticity of the product itself.

3.3 What This Policy Does Not Cover

​

This policy only applies to external packaging damage and does not apply to:

• Damage to the actual contents of the product

• Missing items or components

• Incorrect products received

• Severe packaging damage that has clearly affected the condition or integrity of the item inside
